New Iowa Civic Center, Columbus Junction
Work consists of construction of a new two-story library and civic center totaling 11,800 square feet with the first floor partially buried underground. The civic center on the first floor totals 5,750 sq. ft. of city offices and the library on the second floor has 6,050 sq. ft. of space.
