LL Pelling, North Liberty
In 1994 L.L. Pelling combined several operation sites to this central location. This 8,000 square foot office building is a two-story precast concrete structure. The project also included an 18,000 square foot vehicle maintenance building, which had a vehicle washdown area and art paint booth for maintenance of construction vehicles.
