Phase One (Internal Medicine): Included a complete remodel of all offices, exam rooms, corridors, procedure rooms, nurses’ stations and reception areas.

Phase Two (OB/GYN): Completely remodeled all offices, exam rooms, corridors, procedure rooms, nurses’ stations, restrooms, reception areas, waiting rooms, medical records and cashier’s stations.

Phase Three (Ear/Nose/Throat and Surgery): Completely remodeled all offices, exam rooms, corridors, procedure rooms, nurses’ stations, restrooms, reception areas, waiting rooms and medical records.

Phase Four (General Practitioners’ Area): Completely remodeled all offices, exam rooms, corridors, procedure rooms, nurses’ stations, restrooms, reception areas, waiting rooms and medical records.

Phase Five: Constructed an elevator, stairwell and a remodeled entrance.
