Iowa Donor Network, North Liberty
The new Iowa Donor Network facility is a 14,000 sq. ft. building located in the Liberty’s Gate subdivision, off Penn Street in North Liberty. It has 10,000 sq. ft. of finished space with approximately 4,000 sq. ft. left for future growth. It contains new administrative offices and a large medical workplace for equipment storage and supplies for organ and tissue delivery. More recently, we completed a build-out of the final unfinished portions of the building, including additional offices, storage and a core recovery area. The core area is comprised of a tissue recovery suite, embalming room, shipping and receiving room, and a medical waste and cold storage room.
