South Slope Cooperative, North Liberty
This project is the new headquarters building and campus for South Slope Cooperative Telephone Company. The project consisted of structural steel with structural stud and brick exterior walls and light gauge metal roof trusses with a metal standing seam roof.  The cooperative contains a 300-person community room and auditorium, both available for public use. For employees, locker rooms and an exercise room are provided on site. Other features include first-floor customer service counters, a drive-up window and two warehouses that hold up to 56 installation and repair vehicles.
