University of Iowa Hillcrest Residence Hall, Iowa City
The project at this University of Iowa building involved the relocation of the main building reception/information desk and managerial offices for Hillcrest Residence Hall to the rotunda area. Work included general renovation of the rotunda, as well as a new student lounge, mailroom, food service take-out facility and conference room.  The project also included a new television lounge and a manager’s apartment. In addition, four student rooms were upgraded to meet ADA requirements.
