Toyota-Scion of Iowa City
A 4,712-sq.-ft. addition was the first of two planned expansions. It included new locker and break rooms for Toyota-Scion of Iowa City’s Detailing and Service Departments.  The new facility incorporated two mezzanines for equipment, including a 1,500 gallon water tank, compressors and a vacuum system.  The addition also has low maintenance features such as a mechanically seamed roof system and a Diamondstone (double broadcast) epoxy floor system.  The second project was a 19,500 sq. ft. addition/remodel to the sales department, parts department, office area and service bay.  It also included a new show room and portal entry system, which gives the exterior a new look.
