St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Fairfield
St. Mary’s Catholic Church’s new facility has a clerestory sanctuary with nave, a narthex, font, classrooms, a pre-school area and social hall. It was constructed with structural steel and wood frame walls and roof structure. The exterior skin is brick and E.I.F.S., with a shingled roof. The interior features exposed glu/lam timbers, stained glass windows and precast arches. A trenched geothermal system is used to heat and cool the building.
