Pathways Adult Day Health Center, Iowa City
The scope of this project included remodeling the main dining room/programming area, upgrading existing rest rooms, building a new activity room for small group functions, remodeling the kitchen (including a new pass-through dishwasher and commercial sinks,) building three new offices and adding fire sprinklers throughout the building.  We also added more rest rooms, as well as an outdoor gathering space.
